Tolerance? Since when is Judeo/Christian religion merely tolerated in America?

Harming a person of faith in any way is a hate crime. According to the lefts own rules on civil rights, speaking negatively about them is hate speech.

Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act:

Says we cannot discriminate on the basis of race,color,religion,sex (male or female), or national origin.

Christians - you have the exact same rights as blacks, women, etc.. Use them. You, too, are a protected class.

To do that poses another trap that most evangelism minded believers are reluctant to take. When appealing to Caesar (acknowledged duly that there is biblical precedent), it risks making God look weak.
