Jesus is NOT a victim.
He didn’t come to put Himself into the hands of men so that they could offer back to the Father as a sacrifice for our sins as the Jewish priests did when offering the sacrificial lamb.
He laid down His life of His own account to pay the penalty for our sin. Nobody took it or takes it from Him and uses Him as a sacrifice to pay for their sins.
