Are Catholics Christian?
Some might be.
I’m sure there are. In fact, I know a couple or three personally. But they were born from above by God’s Spirit and then fell into the confusion of catholicism. I also know a Mormon or three who are Christians before they fell into the cult of Joseph Smith.
