There is much wisdom and knowledge in that good book, one of my favorites;

If thou doest well, should not thou be accepted? And if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door, and unto thee shall be his desire. And thou shalt rule over him.

Which means(to me); go ahead, have all you what, but know it will rule over you. I quit drinking 17 years ago so I witnessed this wisdom and knowledge can help.
