These sacrilege apologists won’t read Luke 22 where Jesus said ‘This cup is the new covenant’ ... their closed minds cannot see anything except the sacrilege they have been fed for so long. You can even show them in John 6 where Jesus teaches the bread is a spiritual metaphor, and they cannot allow their minds to see it for the sacrilege has become so comfy to them.
Discuss the issues all you want, but do not make it personal.
Well, yes of course. Protestantism did not emerge until around the 1500s during the Reformation period.
Point is the factionalism has been around since the very beginning of Christianity.
Mind reading is a form of making it personal, stick with discussing the issues.
