So you don’t believe in progressive sanctification? You believe He changes our hearts in all ways at the moment we are born again?
I certainly believe we are positionally sanctified (see free from sin and fitted for heaven) at the moment we experience the new birth, but I also believe we grow in grace throughout the rest of our lives. Spiritual maturity takes time.

I believe in two distinct works, neither progressive in nature, but instantaneous by God's free grace, just as John Wesley did.
1. The New Birth, where we are forgiven, justified, and regenerated and given the power over sin. This does not remove the nature of sin, but gives a choice where we did not have one before. (Read Romans Chapter 7 and then Romans Chapter 8).
2. Sanctification - where we are given a pure heart.
