I’m pro-choice. I support the right of people to choose to keep their pants on.

Yes. Salvation has no bearing on whether you are ignorant. You are Saved by Grace, not intelligence.
But you are wrong. Dead wrong.

Can Someone Be Christian and Pro Choice? No !
Thou shalt not kill is not a suggestion...
Rape, incest is not an exception either...
Life of the mother would probably be the only qualifier for an abortion, but with today's medical advancement that is almost unheard of...

Yes. Salvation has no bearing on whether you are ignorant. You are Saved by Grace, not intelligence.
If you are saved, God has changed your heart.
Therefore, you cannot as a Christian be Pro-Choice.
You cannot be for killing an unborn, helpless Child and still claim the name of Christ.
II Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Look at actual pictures of abortions. The answer will become clear to you then.

and before you were born I consecrated you;
I appointed you a prophet to the nations.

Jesus said the way to heaven is very narrow and few shall enter because they do not believe the truth. Abortion is murder and anyone who supports murder will not go to heaven. Additionally, no one supporting homosexual behavior will go to heaven (1 Cor 6:9)...and if you do not believe in the fundamentals that Jesus Christ taught, you will not go to heaven either...
Matthew 7: 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them *, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Yes I believe the author had that verse in his article. Funny I don’t think anyone here has gotten past the title.

A pro-abort who becomes a Christian may remain pro-choice for a time. However, I believe if he experienced a true conversion to Christ then the more he learns about what truly orthodox Christianity teaches and has taught for the past 2 millenia concerning this issue and the more he matures in the faith will result in his changing his position to pro-life.

Short answer: no.
A long time ago, while I was attending Cal State working on my Engineering Degree, I was required to take a Public Speaking course. One of the assignments was to make a speech before the class on some current subject. The speaker before me - a bearded man - spoke about the need for abortion.
I tore up the speech I prepared and when it came to my turn, I spoke against abortion, citing the definitions of what was human and what wasn't by the Nazis.
A young woman stood up during my speech and said "are you calling me a Nazi?".
I said "why would I call you a Nazi?".
She said "I've had three abortions".
I said "Then you're a Nazi. Shut up and sit down".
Oddly enough, even though it was a California school, I got an A.
