So again....are there sins you've committed for which you're not truly sorry?? Do you think these will be dismissed even if, again, to use catholic terminology, they are venial sins??
I was not trying to say I am not sorry for sins, but trying to explain being forgiven by God depended on if I was truly sorry or not.
Venial sins will not keep me out of heaven, but only after they have been purified by fire, purgatory. Nothing imperfect can enter heaven. That is why the last rites are so important to Catholics.

It's dependent on CONFESSING the sin.
