One in what? This "can't we all just get along" attitude didn't come from Christ. When He had John write to the seven church's He didn't tell them to all just get along because at least they had His name in there somewhere.
I think the verse in chapter 17 explains itself, CB. However, the counterpoint to the “go along” argument is that the Church has not magically evolved into a small group of faithful hidden in the hills of Kentucky/Tennessee.
So, to me that means some of our exclusivistic groups are a bit too exclusive.
