Jesus also said He was a gate.

Oh, Jesus ripped the gate out of a goat pen, held it up, and said, "I am this gate" ?

The argument that Christ said He was a gate or anything else doesn't hold water due to the difference in context within the written word and the specific situation Christ was in when He said,:"This is my Body".

Those who Scripture describes as having no life in them obviously prefer to please their Self and Self Alone so leaning on that lame argument or any other satisfies them and Self Satisfaction is their goal, not following Christ.
