Wrong, wrong, wrong. We, as the body of Christ, are called to keep the body pure. Christ commanded us to "make a righteous judgment." St. Paul commanded the church at Corinth to expel the immoral brother. Certainly that was a righteous judgment. The same is true of any chastisement of the Catholic church when they spout heresy.
