My question has been dodged several times ..WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF THE TEN COMMANDMENTS? I Can only assume the silence is because you may not know

I noticed the hypocrisy as well.

Neither was my question answered about what the purpose of the Ten Commandments was.

The Catholic Church already changed the ten commandments by eliminating making any graven images.
