Jesus told us what the ONE unpardonable sin was. Why would you try to say it's something else?

I didn't say it's "something else." I looked quite carefully into the context. That's the aspect of "blasphemy" --- speaking ill of the Holy Spirit --- that blocks repentance: because you can't receive the spirit of repentance or accept the forgiveness of your sins if you have excluded and insulted Him who is the Source of these blessings.

Insulting, railing against and rejecting Him is blasphemy.

Here's what it amounts to: He is willing to forgive, but YOU are driving Him away. If you do that the bitter end, it's what John calls "the sin unto death."

John in his first Epistle, and Jesus in the Synoptics, are talking about the same thing.
