Almost: Priests and Bishops are all “priests,” but deacons, while in Holy Orders, are not.

I know that in the area of deacons, there are two types, transition and permenaint deacons. But for some reason, it is cited as 3 levels, bishops,priests, and deacons.

I may be going into advance college degree here. :)
