Marriage is sacred and divorce is destroying children and our society.

That said, suppose an atheist converts to become a Catholic. He was divorced and remarried with children in both marriages before his conversion.

What is the Catholic recourse for such a man and his second family? Would he and his second wife be refused communion?

Guessing the RC response based on history, they’d be expected to live together in a sexless marriage.
