The entire time Jesus was suffering His Passion he was uttering the passages in the Psalms as he was fulfilling them. The seven words on the Cross were the times where His verbalization of those Pslams were audible.Got a Bible citation for that?

Not to knock this thread into outer space, but I once asked a Presbyterian turned Jew/member of the IDF finally turned Catholic (In Jerusalem) about this and she said without pause: He was saying Tehilim as any Jewish kindergartener would know to do. I didn’t get to ask much more about that as the conversation went off in a different direction but apparently Tehilim is what Our Lord was doing from the cross. Whatever that means...
