San Salvador means Saint Salvador, and Salvador (which means savior) would have been the name of a person who became a saint. It's not named after the savior, but the Saint is named after the Savior, and the island is named after him.
Salve Regina means Save the Queen. I would assume the Spanish singing that would take it to mean Queen Isabella.
It's too bad the strictures Almighty God gave to the Jewish people to be able to know true prophets from false ones seems to be all but missing for this religion. Doesn't anyone find it awfully curious how there never are any specific prophecies given by these "visions"? Isn't it impossible to know for sure whether a catastrophe was averted if said catastrophe never happened? In Old Testament times, any person who claimed to be a Prophet of the Lord had to pass a very strict test else he was put to death for deception and blasphemy. Seems like we need to be far more discerning and less gullible.
One sure sign in this is the diversion of the glory AWAY from God and TOWARDS a created being. That is something we can KNOW is not of God no matter who she/he claims to be. Satan can present as an angel of light, we should never forget that.
