The entire Rapture fiasco hinges exactly on the issue you commented on, the mistranslation of the greek term translated elsewhere in the Bible as the term Gods Wrath, yet translated in the english version in the book of revelation as tribulation.
There is no pre trib rapture, there is only a pre wrath rapture. The entire heresy hinges on one single mistranlation and a bucket of speculations.
