All the pieces have obviously not been revealed, but there is clearly some sort of evil plan afoot in regards to ISIS.  I don't know who is for what, and how much is purposeful and how much is apathy, but how can you not see troubling signs here?

I would say conspiracies are possible but not likely. Elites always try to expand there power and wealth. They might work together as long as power and wealth increase. More often they would try to compete against each other. The Bible tells us that we will not know the hour or the day that Jesus will return but that we may know the signs. Many of the signs have been repeated over and over in history. Many times people have probably thought the end of the World was here. Black Plague and other pandemics, Wars especially from the time of Napoleon and through WWI, WWII. Do not fear what is happening just be ready for the return of our Lord. He can come at any time in the twinkling of an eye.
