There is NO WAY people like myself, who are layman, can spar using scripture with your best here, using only the Bible, if the truths of the Bible defended Roman Catholicism

I and millions of other Catholics have studied the Bible for centuries. We sincerely believe that it does support Catholic teaching. How can you and other Protestants say otherwise since your opinions are outside of the Bible?

You may read the Bible, but to study it would prove this to be wrong.

Canon 8. If anyone says that by the sacraments of the New Law grace is not conferred ex opere operato, but that faith alone in the divine promise is sufficient to obtain grace, let him be anathema.
