The "flip side" of this is:
CredoBaptisms -- where churches launch unBiblical emphases on "making decisions for Christ" leads the individuals who have repeated such a worship-service or special-event or whatever phrase to think they are "Christian" by virtue of it, when many are not...or others may be for a time...and then fall away. Period.
Where's the "salvific value" of those individuals who wind up in hell?
I agree. But failure in that area lends no support for infant baptism. However, those who are unworthily baptized class with the same who unworthily ingest the tokens of the Lord’s Passion. Away with it all.
If my memory is correct, years ago, when the Rev. Billy Graham used to preach around the world, he would end or someone would end the presentation with the directive to join up with a church after you made your decision for Christ.
