No, he doesn't. He says the water of baptism doesn't put away the filth of the flesh.

Again, NOAH and his family did not get wet, the same as the people who crossed the Red Sea under the cloud did not get wet.
In both cases the ones who got “baptized” with water died.

Certainly not in the same sense Christians are saved...The water was able to float his boat...He was saved from drowning...It had nothing to do with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus...

And it doesn't do anything else either, except get us wet...
