And that makes him a Christian?
And Pelosi? Chavez? Stalin?
They’re all Christians, too, because they were baptized Catholic and (allegedly) it leaves an indelible mark on their soul and once a Catholic, always a Catholic?
What an interesting definition of being a follower of Christ that Catholics have.

Catholic theology easily distinguishes between Ted Kennedy and Nancy Pelosi, who were baptized and are therefore JURIDICALLY “Catholics,” and actual believing, practicing Catholics.
In fact, I think I have explained before that those who are baptized are JURIDICALLY Catholics, while they may be totally unbelieving, non-practicing, disgraceful apostates.
The fact that Ted Kennedy and Nancy Pelosi and other such criminals are JURIDICALLY Catholics does not signify any APPROVAL of their criminal careers by the Catholic Church.
It’s just a baseless cheap shot at the Church. It fools only those who wish to be fooled.
