Whatever, Art. I didn’t mention the invention of the printing press. If you want to talk about printing presses I suppose we can, but I said NOTHING about them.

You said “it was all due to the releasing the grip of Rome.” If by that you meant England’s rise as a world power would not have happened without Tyndale’s Bible and the Reformation, we agree. Typically there is an inverse relationship between Rome’s influence and the prosperity of a nation.
