“With all of Paul’s effort to tell the Corinthians and the Thessalonians that the Man of Sin must come first”

Preceded by a “falling away” Greek - “departure’. The Church at the time were fearful that they had been left behind, so Paul told the Church not to be shaken or troubled, since there would be a falling away first, and the man of sin would not be revealed until the “day of the Lord.” The “tribulation” is what they should not be “troubled” about since “the day of Christ” is at hand. Having to go through the tribulation on the other hand would be very troubling.

.
No,the falling away is not a departure. it is a moral, spiritual corruption of the entire
Earth.

The man of sin must be revealed before our redemption.
