When Scott Hahn was confirmed into the Catholic Church and went to confession every sin he had ever committed in his life was washed away. He could have been an axe murderer.
Scott Hahn is despised by protestants because he was a brilliant protestant theologian who became a Catholic. No other reason. If it was the way around he would be loved and stories about him leaving Catholicism would be called proof that Catholicism is a fake religion.
I suppose if you want to rely on speculation that works. I don't. My point was that his reason for being "anointed" was fraudulent by his own admission. His "brilliant protestant theologian" status only tells me he was influenced by the same educational institutions that have spawned many of today's apostates. His alma mater turns out women pastors like Laurel Coolbaugh and Dr. Lorrie Comeford. And Pete James who is pastor at the Presbyterian church who has half of it's elders who are women. He got his doctorate from Marquette University which is a Jesuit, Roman Catholic university for crying out loud.
So he goes from a Presbyterian College which turns out women pastors and ordains women elders to a Jesuit Roman Catholic University. I'm not impressed with those "brilliant protestant theologian" credentials.
He was a fraud who presumed to use religion for tax evasion.
