Please consider these sources, then ask if there is any remote possibility that the Vatican II Council was itself heretical:

Ah, you make the common mistake of non-Catholics. You must accept that you are not capable of understanding the Bible or the Catholic's teachings about the Bible. There is no discrepancy between the Bible and the Catholic's teaching. There is no discrepancy between the Catholic's teaching of yesterday and today. Everything is consistent and perfect.

If you don't agree, then you don't properly understand the Catholic's teaching, which is entirely possible since you are not qualified to understand it anyway.

THE COUNCIL OF TRENT
Session VII - Celebrated on the third day of March 1547, under Pope Paul III
Canon 2. If anyone says that these sacraments of the New Law do not differ from the sacraments of the Old Law, except that the ceremonies are different and the external rites are different, let him be anathema.

No discrepancy really... then you be anathema (Cursed). Your knowledge or lack of knowledge of your denominations history is showing.

“There is no discrepancy between the Bible and the Catholic’s teaching.”

Only through willful ignorance do you really believe that.
