They wouldn't dare...They would lose half of their funding from the non Catholic tuition paying students...

I’m so dating myself as OLD but back in my day, there were very few non-Catholic students. We did have a few in high school (and a few Jewish students too). They paid the regular tuition. Now.. you did get a “discount” for multiple students. I went to elementary school with a family that had 12 kids... by the fourth or fifth one, the rest were free (minus uniforms, book fee etc). The same discount applied to the Jewish families/other denominations as well.
there was no non-catholic students in my parochial school back in the 50s 60s....we were told that if someone learned the ‘truths’ of the church and still rejected them, then they were most likely damned. This leaves quite a big opening one could fit his own personal beliefs in...
in my opinion....for what that is worth.
