Oh, I get it now, you were commenting about my post to Elsie. It helps when asking a question to first put the portion of the prior post you're addressing.
Why not? Because that sequence of verses (15, 16, 17) all entail Jesus addressing Peter and making comments directed to Peter. Jesus isn't there referring to himself.
