We deny your interpretation of Scripture. That's to be expected, for you seem to deny CATHOLIC interpretation as well!

Statues are reminders, same as photographs. So are yearly meals.

And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Mat 6:18 You keep yanking this outta context; as though no one will notice.
You DENY catholic teaching that is CLEARLY been posted many times.
What is your problem?

In the days of the Holy Family, after the word "hail" is used, a person's title is given. The angel Gabriel gave Mary the title of "full of grace." On a side note: the original greek "εχαριτωμένη" is a little more fuller in that it means "one whose grace has no bounds." Mary, as one without sin and having grace abound, is certainly a path to heaven. For if we become sinless and have God's grace enter us (no mortal sins), salvation is assured. Mary is also necessary for salvation. As a human, she certainly had the gift of freewill. Without her accepting to become the mother of God, we would not have the opportunity to enter heaven. For questions about Mary's intercession, consider Mary's intercession to Jesus at the wedding at Cana. I also find it interesting that you do not list the angel Gabriel as an idolator because of his "Hail" to Mary.

Mary is also necessary for salvation.

Are you yet another example of a poorly catechized Catholic?
Jesus answered, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

You were shown multiple places. Continuing down that rabbit trail won't make you look any better. You can't answer the question so you want me to stop asking it.
Where did Christ say his Church would be based on a book?

Without her accepting to become the mother of God, 1. She 'accepted' nothing. The angel TOLD her what was going to happen.
2. Mother of GOD is not found in Scripture.
It is found, however, on the lips of MILLIONS of Catholics daily:
Hail Mary, Mother of GOD...
I can see how this endless repetition has worn a deep rut in the brain that is VERY hard to climb out of.

So answer the Question you refuse to answer.
Show me, from Scripture, where Christ told anyone to write Philemon. Why is Philemon in the Bible?
Show me, from Scripture, why the heretical Protestants removed Maccabees from Scripture, even though for 1,500 years it was in the Bible?
And please use Scripture to support your answers.

Statues are reminders, same as photographs. This is one of the weakest arguments catholics have to resort to to just their worship of Mary.
Do you bow down before a picture of your mom or day?

My soul is in the hands of Jesus hockyCEO. I have the guarantee of the Holy Spirit within. That is something I understand that Catholics cannot claim.

Today however, the Roman Catholic church, for example rejects both scripture and tradition (as recorded in the apostolic fathers) and claims that truth is determined only by the current practice of the living Pope. When scripture contradicts Catholic teaching and liturgy, they claim we misinterpret scripture. When the tradition of the Church Fathers contradicts Catholic teaching and liturgy, they claim we misinterpret history.Like Jehovah's Witnesses, Catholics believe that the current church organization is inspired and guided by God into truth. Before reading the quote below, make sure you are sitting down with your seat belt on!
"But the appeal to antiquity is both a treason and a heresy. It is a treason because it rejects the Divine voice of the Church at this hour, and a heresy because it denies that voice to be Divine. How can we know what antiquity was except through the Church? ... I may say in strict truth that the Church has no antiquity. It rests upon its own supernatural and perpetual consciousness.
The only Divine evidence to us of what was primitive is the witness and voice of the Church at this hour." (Henry Edward Manning, The Temporal Mission of the Holy Ghost: Or Reason and Revelation, 1865, p 227-228)
For those not completely bamboozled by the Catholic religion on Sola Scripture, but are truly searching for the truth of Sola Scripture issue, here is a site that offers every thing you need to make up your mind...And check all the links as well as their home page...

Only in the Catholic Church fantasy world. Only Jesus and Stephen were said to be "full of grace" per scripture.

Please show where I or anyone claimed it was. I certainly didn't. Why would I be asked to prove something I have never asserted? Why would you ask such an odd question given no one has ever said it was? Odd man! Really odd!

Can't cite the Catholic religion in scripture either... Well, yes we can. Christ established a Church, not a Bible.
And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Mat 6:18
That doesn't say a doggone word about the Catholic religion...The Mormons claim those verses and so do the Jehovah Witnesses...And they have just as much right to them as your religion does...You guys seem to forget you're not talking to just Catholics on these threads...
