Do you honestly believe that there is no redemption in the suffering of a person who may be experiencing the agony of cancer? No. Not redemption for salvation and I don't see anything else mentioned in Scripture that needs to be redeemed or can be by suffering.
People suffer.
Sometimes life just doesn't go the way you want.
