Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

We were told they would happen Arthur. That they are real shouldn't surprise anyone who knows what scripture says. It's those who don't understand scripture that will fall for them.

Yes, there is the true Christ and false Christs; there are true prophets and false prophets.

But this doesn't negate the fact that false prophets cannot lead us to Christ, otherwise Satan's kingdom would be divided against itself, as Christ tells us.

Can Satan lead people to faith in Christ? Will he work wonders to lead people to Christ?

What do you say?

Jesus had harsh words for those who attributed his miracles to the working of Satan.
