Did you mean to say, "was cast out"?

If I understand correctly, the Bible explains the war in Rev. 12 - between the dragon and his angels, and Michael and his angels - as having taken place at the cross. (See 12:10, for instance.)

Jesus prayed that God would forgive those who put Him to death. So yes, God did forgive those who served Satan in murdering Jesus - those who repented, that is. (Acts 2:37ff.)
