Yes, Catholics tend to vote with the pro-abortion forces and atheists, not with the rest of the Christians, in all of those elections, the majority of the Christians who are not Catholic, voted for the pro-life right.

The Catholic denomination is one that almost always votes for the democrat presidents with only a single handful of historical exceptions.

Factor out the black Protestants who voted 96% pro-Obama, and the Hispanic Catholics who voted 71% pro-Obama, and you will see a somewhat different profile.

It is shameful, but the best predictive indicators for voting patterns are not education, creed or church affiliation, but race, enthnicity, and zip code.

It is indeed rather sickening.

I guess my relatives are the exceptions.

Most of my relatives are both Catholic and Republican.

My late uncle, a Catholic, was also a GOP party official in New York State years ago.
