If that is their position, then they can’t complain when baby-killing politicians win the Catholic vote. They can’t complain when those same Catholics don’t even show up for Mass anymore...
If you want leadership, never look towards Dolan.
I take back what I said: they did NOT invite either Clinton or Kerry because of their position on abortion. Forgot about that. Mostly I think the AES dinner board likes to show that the RC has some political sway. in this case, I believe Dolan was totally wrong to invite Obama.
