The word is to abide in us and we in the word.
We NEED to be in Scripture and since the word of God is living and active and sharper than any double edged sword, I don’t think it’s even possible to be in the word any significant amount and NOT have a active life with Christ.
“the word of God is living and active” = continuing revelation
The specific details of what his church is doing are found in Matthew 28:17-20. There is a clear reference to the commission as well as the distinction between the Godhead.
