So he’s comforting everyone a different way? You have to know that a headless, disorganized Church receiving continuing revelation for said Church is contra-Biblical.

You cannot have continuing revelation and no Church hierarchy. That’s the lesson of the Old and New Testament.

Yes the holy spirit speaks to individuals and reveals to them what they need to know and do. Sometimes the person backslides and their process of perfecting their walk needs to return to an earlier state and begin again. Thus people are all a different stages in their relationship and thus need different prompting.

Actually, individual revelation is central to the Bible and is supported by scripture. There is a very simple church Hierarchy - God (through Jesus and the Holy Spirit) and the Sinner (the individual). When the temple veil was torn at Jesus death, the presence of God moved out of the structure of the temple.

When Jesus taught us to pray, he did not tell us to call upon the spirits of the dead or our forefathers or go beg forgiveness from our local priest, parson or pastor. Jesus taught us to pray DIRECTLY to God in heaven. No earthly structure in that simply but powerful Lord’s prayer. There is no man made tradition (church hierarchy) that can even come close to the wisdom, power and patience of God.

There is one head of the church: Jesus.

You cannot have continuing revelation and no Church hierarchy.

There's really very little hierarchy in the New Testament (between the churches; within we see bishops, pastors, and teachers mentioned), certainly compared to the Catholic church (and most protestant denominations) — this is to say that the early churches were meant to be largely self governing and, incidentally, why Jesus's messages to the Churches in Revelation were addressed to particular churches.
This isn't to say there is no [inter-church-group] hierarchy and that there was no deference of younger churches to the elder — the council at Jerusalem [Acts 15] proves that false — but even that council acknowledged the Holy Spirit as guiding them.

That’s the lesson of the Old and New Testament.

If you're talking about Jesus being the lesson, then I agree.
If not, then I think you have to convince me.
