There are none so blind as those who will not see.

I am sure that both of us, and others, were in that same boat. Not too long after I was saved, I looked back and I was appalled at the incredible spiritual blindness I had. I just did not recognize my lost state, but when I did, I fled to the Savior. It was like scales fell from my eyes, as I now understood spiritual principles, that up till then, were just foolishness to me, like in 1st Cor 1:18. I think that spiritual blindness, that I had prior to my conversion, is something I will always remember and will always recoil in horror at. The few brushes with death I had, before that, now make me feel extremely fortunate. I was just that close to hellfire and damnation, but praise God and thanks to His servants in the Navigators, things are different now.

:-)

You, me, and a WHOLE host of other people.

Once you are given spiritual eyes to see, it is staggering to remember the blindness you operated under.

It makes so much sense now, that sometimes I find it hard to believe that I didn’t see it back then.
