NOPE! Only Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. The church you place all your hope in, not at all - and it can be easily proved.
It's a simple thing to prove that not only has your "church" NOT existed for 2015 years, but what bills itself as THE church Jesus established, HAS changed on a great many things. You can, of course, ignore the facts - like many HAVE to do - but it is provably FALSE that your church is "the same yesterday, today and tomorrow - always.". Again, that ONLY applies to Jesus.
