Praise is in the preceding verse, "Blessed is the womb that bore thee, and the paps that gave thee suck", and Jesus repeats it ("blessed") directing it to more people.

Blessed does not equal veneration.

Blessed as given by Jesus Christ in the Gospels is this:

From Matthew 5 blessed is 'makarios' blessed; happy. From Luke 11:28 again blessed is 'makarios' blessed/happy.

Where you see veneration there is unknown. It is not there.

You don’t see deep affection in the voice of that woman? It is an expression of love. That is what veneration is.
