So we can say "Mary is the Mother of God" (meaning Jesus)_ without saying she is the mother of the Father or of the Spirit.

But how is anyone to know? Unless it's specified who Mary is the mother of, then it could mean any of them or all of them.

It's too vague and too easily leads into error.

Saying *mother of Jesus* as the HOLY SPIRIT did in the Scripture HE inspired, leaves no room for that kind of confusion.
