It looks like someone put the story on wikipedia and even wikipedia, as liberal as they are, removed it for being unsubstantiated.

The best I can tell it's all from the same source, a guy from something called "coutercult" (slightly biased, I would say) claims he got it all from a receptionist at the chapel. Wow, receptionists are that informed, huh? lol

I would think that this would have sparked investigations from the big players, 60 minutes and the like, but looks like no one except the countercult guy has any information on it.
