Kolokotonis, have you ever met Cardinal Burke? I have and I can tell you that he is very kind, a true gentleman, and is very straightforward. I can’t help but think that you have him confused with someone else, but if you are sincere in your criticism, please tell us all which Canons he violated which make him a “heretic.” I’m sure we would all like to know. And please refer to these Canons by their name and/or number, so that we may be better informed.

Well, where to begin with a heretic like Burke? Quite aside from inviting child molester priests into his diocese and turning them loose on the public, for which there is no canonical prohibition that I am aware of but civil law can deal with that(maybe he and Bernie Laqw would like to move back here), for starters take a look at Canon 14 of the Apostolic Canons. Then there is Canon VIII of Nicea, Canon II of the Second Ecumenical Council, Canon V of the Fourth Ecumenical Council. There are other earlier ones.

Burke is also noted for his extravagance in dress. This violates Canon XVI of the Seventh Ecumenical Council, though to be fair, a number of Orthodox bishops are guilty of this one. I can likely find other disciplinary canons even from the West, but I have a meeting to go to. Were I a Latin, I'd pick another hill to die on in my fight with the Pope.
