That’s true.
To be boldly accurate, we should say there really is only ONE Protestant denomination, and the name it is under is Christ.
God’s heart aches, and so (personally) does mine, that an earthly recognized unity does not yet exist. Denominations in the minor sense were a problem in the New Testament... hey I am of Paul, I am of Peter, even I am of Jesus (seems to me this one is talking about someone who had met the Lord while He was still in the flesh).
And this can happen in the Roman Catholic church organization too. “He is a Jesuit.” “I am of the order of St. Francis.” Etc., etc.
