Where else would they get their data?

Where did the data come from for ministers?

For government school teachers?

The fact is, this is the most comprehensive ecclesial sexual abuse report that exists. Everything else is anecdotal or speculation.

Wikipedia actually has a decent entry on the subject.

I don't know. You tell me. You posted it. I did not see that in the wiki article but perhaps I missed it. Did that data on ministers and teachers come from Catholic Bishops as well?
