These human rights laws and commissions are just work arounds on the Constitution.
That is our strength. You can’t legally work “around” the constitution. Only if you are a publicly held company does the freedom of association and religion not hold water.

Even then it should still hold water. A company should be able to associate, or not associate, with whoever they want, for whatever reason they want. Otherwise you're forced into a contract with an entity you don't agree with at the point of the gun that is government.
