He’s the POPE. He communicates with the Holy Spirit. There sould be no politics about this. The Church is not a Democracy. The POPE is supposed to tell all of us what GOD commands.

What religion is that? A warped understanding of obedience.

That’s one of the worst problems in the Church today: the issue of true and false obedience. If the Pope came out and tomorrow and said “I want all Catholics to burn their houses down”, some of the “faithful” would just say “Should I use gasoline or propane, your Holiness?”.
