probably not, but then he didn't wear a three piece suit and silk tie either....what's that got to do with anything????

I'm just proving such claims false.

Peter was married. Should Priests, Bishops and Popes marry? The Epistles describe how the wives of Bishops should behave.

Why don't your Priests and Bishops marry?

Why don't your Priests and Bishops marry?

we have a lot of married priests in the Catholic church....those who were in the church of England and converted to Catholicism for example. The church could change that rule (celebicy) because it is just that, a church rule. I don't think they will though because it is nice to have people solely dedicated to the church and her members.
