There is no greater falsehood than that statement!
The plain truth is that there is no such volume, nor is there any reason that an honest person would allude to its existance.
.
This isn’t going very well, is it?
I am familiar with leader-protective doomspeak. I had a loved one involved in following a cultic leader. This person briefly considered Hebrew Roots as well. Certain personalities are just attracted to this sort of thing, and the defensive shields do not come down until some sort of personal disillusionment occurs, hopefully sometime before they bring out the “special Kool-Aid.”
In any event, the leader is typically pretty easy to debunk, so the defense mechanism is to run for shelter in the doomspeak, on the premise that attacking the leader is putting you in great spiritual danger. And as there are a number of Biblical stories that can be deployed in support of this (Moses versus Korah, for example), it is an effective defense mechanism, even if the person being defended is undermining Scripture itself.
It is said in the last days of the Jim Jones cult, he was telling his people to use their Bibles for toilet paper. Satan always goes there. He knows where the real threat to his power is. Those who would rescue the ensnared one must hold forth the divine truth of Scripture confidently no matter what doomspeak is thrown at them, knowing we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against invisible creatures of enormous evil, who cast their shadows over human souls and lock them away in darkness, and take no pity on them.
Yet among those prisoners are those whom God means to free by His grace in Jesus, and who knows but what someday a light might shine through and drive away the shadows and the door opened and the dark things, now exposed, will slither away, looking for somewhere else to hide. It is a wonderful thing to see when it happens, and it does happen. God’s arm is not too short to reach and save anyone.
Peace,
SR
To repeat an important truth:
There is no MIV Bible, from Michael Rood, nor anyone else.
The constant chanting of the idea that there is appears to me to be a deliberate attempt at deception.
.
Springfield, The cult here is the cult of easy believers.
Rood is the chosen focus of our FR easy believers because he more than any other voice is successful at opening the eyes of the sleepy churchians to the fact that Yeshua has indeed demanded that we keep the commandments that the EBs so despise.
Anyone that reveals the whole of the scriptures as Rood does is subject to similar false accusations, and there are quite a number of them.
Leader-protective balderdash in defense of the EB spokesmen floods the shelves of “Christian” bookstores everywhere. Hundreds of authors have risen to to defense of the Biblically non-existant “pre-trib rapture,” amassing tidy fortunes deceiving those easy marks.
Churchianity is nothing but mega-church personality cults stacked to the stratosphere.
Turn your smooth talk to that pile.
.
save
The reason that your search produced no “Bible” is that it does not exist.
You were deceived.
If you want the MIV, its in bits and pieces in the teachings of Yeshua’s best present day disciple.
If you want to find examples, search his you tube channel.
Of course, if you’re an EB, you will be inundated with solid Biblical evidence that will shatter your eternity blocking theology.
As just one example Rood references it in his own writing.
"5 Then the angel said, "Look up and see what this flying scroll is." 6 And I responded, "What is it?" MIV"
No MIV you say?
Now let's take a look at how he changes scripture. I'll post Rood's version then the version from the KJV.
From Zechariah 5
Rood - v7 Then I saw a mass of lead and a fire offering, as it was lifted up and secured in the container.
KJV - v7 And, behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead: and this is a woman that sitteth in the midst of the ephah.
Rood - v8 And he said, "The fire that you see being put in the container, is an evil fire offering." Then he secured the fire offering in the container and put the lead mass in the opening.
KJV v8 And he said, This is wickedness. And he cast it into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof.
Rood v9 Then I looked up and saw as two fires came out of the container, and the fires caused the wind to lift the container by its 'stork like' wings, from the earth into the sky.
KJV v9 Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven.
And here is a neat kicker! Rood claims that chapter is a prophesy about the two planes hitting the twin towers!!
Doubt me? It's found here; http://www.wwyd.org/Prophecy/Rood_ZechScrolls.htm
Doubt you?
Of course, any and everyone that has any sense doubts you.
It has already been proven that there is no “MIV,” just a few explanations in teachings that he refers to as the “MIV.”
As for the prophecy of the twin towers, you are wrong. It is the “two mountains of brass” that are a clear prophecy of the planes hitting the towers. not the “flying roll,” which has been recognized by dozens of Prophecy gurus as a missile since early in the 90s. Rood and his associate merely contributed the solution of the contents of the epah being a nuclear warhead, rather than an evil woman.
So the “kicker” is that you are wrong as usual, batting 1000 on false agitprop.
This example is perfect, showing that what you seem to wish were a whole Bible translation, is in reality a handful of corrections of misunderstandings in prophecy.
Truly a shameful attack on Yeshua’s messenger.
Is it envy, or what?
I encourage everyone who got hooked by this deception to view the teachings and see for yourself, so you won’t be fooled again.
.
Discuss the issues all you want, but do not make it personal.
No, they didn't. They made a serious error by changing the word from woman to fire. Look closely at the subtle differences in the Hebrew renderings below. There is a distinct difference between the rendering for woman and that for fire.
אִשָּׁ֣ה woman Zechariah 5:7
אִשֶּׁ֖ה fire Leviticus 3:11
Rood and his associates were going by the transliteration only as indicated in his article.
"Chaim read down the page, paused, and looked up at us, "It is the word 'aisha'." David said, "It is a fire offering!"
They were NOT using the actual Hebrew text. They made a huge error.
Michael Rood is a very dangerous man to listen to. I implore you to investigate his words as I just did. He is leading people into grave error.
You really do not understand!
In the Hebrew scriptures the word clearly is fire; the context proves it.
You are a very dangerous man to listen to, and your attack on a man of God will prove costly in eternity unless you confess and repent.
.
BTW,
What do you suppose the likelihood of anyone putting an evil woman in a lead epah would be?
.
Oh but I do understand. The woman is the symbol of wickedness. The harlot. The symbol of wickedness. Where did they place that basket? To the country of Babylonia (Shinar)". Where did most paganism (harlotry) come from. It was Babylonia (Shinar).
The mountains of bronze from witch the chariots of destruction come upon Israel's enemies? Jesus stands on the Mount of Olives and it splits in two as seen Zechariah 14:4.
>>In the Hebrew scriptures the word clearly is fire; the context proves it.<<
The word is clearly woman and fit's with the rest assured of scripture. Not only where the same word is used but also where a woman is used for wickedness.
>>You are a very dangerous man to listen to<<
To those who preach another gospel I'm sure it seems that way.
Yes, if we date the split between Eastern and Western Catholics at 1054, we have about ten centuries of a visible holy catholic apostolic church. One thousand years of faith and tradition passed on from one generation to another. And after that we still include our Orthodox brethren as valid churches.
The roots (most Hebrew words are formed from a three character sequence) are different so they are separate. Yet there is a somewhat interesting rabbinic story about these three words that share letters, man, woman, and fire, which may serve as a diversion from the war.
Very interesting. Thank you for posting that.
