Yeshua (ישוע, with vowel pointing יֵשׁוּעַ yēūă in Hebrew)as a common alternative form of the name יְהוֹשֻׁעַ ("Yehoshuah" Joshua) in later books of the Hebrew Bible and among Jews of the Second Temple period. The name corresponds to the Greek spelling Iesous, from which, through the Latin Iesus, comes the English spelling Jesus.

Iesous is phonetically Yay-soos, which has no relation to Yeshua nor Yehoshua.
If you were paying attention, you are already seeing that Yshu and Yay-soo are exactly the same. The s is usually added for Greek pronunciations
The Greek text uses the curse, not his name.
